2nd Method. Hard Reset MOTOROLA MOTO X PLAY  Using Hardware Keys:

1. Make sure your battery is fully charged, we recommend that your battery has 80% power

3. Turn Off your MOTOROLA MOTO X PLAY  by hold and press Power Button for a second.
4. Release any SIM card and SD card that was installed on your MOTOROLA MOTO X PLAY  smartphone.
5. Then press and hold a combination key Volume Down +  Power button.
