To flash your LG V10, you must have this tools.

1. Download Drivers (Any LG Phone) -

2. Then, Download LG FlashTools V1.8. 
3. Download Both Stock Image & DLL File. 
4. Download Megalock DLL File. 

Guide to flash LG V10.

1. First, you must install LG driver on your computer
2. Then, install flash tool to your PC or computer, but don't run this program yet.
3. Now, extract TOT file from the ZIP. Put on the specified folder on your computer. 
4. Then, Power off your device. by the press and hold the power button for a second, and release button when LG V10 vibrate.
5. Now, Press and hold the Volume UP button and plug in the USB cable to your phone you should now see “Firmware Update/Download Mode” and be in Download mode.
6. Now, Open device manager 
• click start
• right click on my computer
• select properties
• This will open System windows
• click device manager
• Then click "Ports (COM & LPT)". If  driver is installed properly, you will see "LGE Mobile USB Serial Port (COM)"

• Then you can Double-click on "LGE Mobile USB Serial Port (COM)"
• Click Port Settings> Advanced > beside the "COM Port Number:" select "COM11",

7. Now, Disconnect the USB cable, wait a few seconds and then plug it in again to make sure the drivers no problem.
8. Next step is Install LG Flash Tool, but leave it don't open this program.
9. On the LG Flash Tool Folder, there is a file "MegaLock.dll", right-click the file and then copy and paste into LG Flash Tool installation folder, usually, you can find this folder in C: \ LG \ LGFlashTool, then replaces the original file.
10. Now you can Run Flash Tool, check the Select Manual Mode, (1).

11. Click on "..." to the .dll file that is in the folder, LG Flash Tool. (2)
12. Set S / W to stock firmware downloaded file .tot (3)
13. Then select UPGRADE DL.
14. Now you can click the Start button with "Yellow Arrow" sign,

15. If you see READY!!, then reconnect your phone. Then "Waiting for Connection" text will appear in the COM41 window.

16. Disconnect a USB Cable for a few seconds and then reconnect again.
17. After your USB Cable is connected, your phone will flash, 
18. During the flashing process, the phone will reboot itself and will display "MiniOS Factory Reset Status". Sometimes it occurred at 80% of the process then LG V10  will shut off, don't worry about it.

19. You can leave this process
20. Just leave it, and then it will say "PASS !!" on screen.

21. Its mean flashing process is completed and successful.
22. Disconnect a cable and remove the batteries,
23. For a few seconds re-insert the battery and turn On your LG V10.
24. If your LG V10  does not go to turn on. You can turn it on by pressing the Power button and Volume Down (-), until you can see the LG Release Button and Factory Reset, select reset and then the phone will reboot and starts normally.
